Safety and Risk Management
We offer a range of different courses that focuses on different areas of the organisation:

General safety course
The course focuses on sensitising delegates with regards to occupational hygiene, safety management, first aid, fire prevention, emergency preparedness and more.

Leadership training
Industry produced more than enough managers. South Africa needs leaders because they make the difference between failure and excellence. This course is based on extensive research in different industries and delivers excellent results.

The delegate is confronted with himself, his or her abilities and lacking abilities, his or her approach towards life and normal defence mechanisms.

Any person who does not want to change should not attend this in-depth self-exploratory course.

Competency assessor training
World-class organisations recognise that the key of being a market leader requires different things from them and their people than in the past. Training is critical in helping close the gap between employees' current competencies and the competencies needed in high-performance organisations. A new focus is currently placed on the provision of effective training. This is the result of the increased emphasis on productivity, but also as a direct result of the requirements of the Mine Health and Safety Act (Section 10).

The approach is to transform the training function into a performance-technology centre. This centre is about optimising work performance to meet organisational goals and objectives.

Induction and back-from-leave programmes
Induction programmes are crucial to ensure both legal compliance as well as organisational effectiveness. Many induction programmes do not address the organisational-specific issues.

Training outsourced
The training function is out-sourced to our company in its entirety. All training related aspects are covered, i.e. from the training needs analysis up to the record-keeping system.
