Marius van Aardt and Associates is headed by Dr Marius van Aardt, a behavioural scientist by training, who holds a Doctorate in Industrial Sociology from the University of Pretoria. He is a specialist in the mining and minerals sectors and has been involved in leadership development, culture interventions, risk management and safety programme development and operational optimisation for over a decade.

The division assists major industrial companies and mining houses to achieve optimal workforce efficiencies in the alignment of core business- and management processes.
